I think you have to in order to be good at selling real estate. And, of course, Wilmington and the beach are such pleasant atmospheres to live and work in.

Real estate is a “people and places” business, and I think I have the skills and experience for matching these variables. I put all my energy and business savvy into making my client’s transaction not only pleasant, but successful. I listen and I strive to deliver.

Let’s face it… a real estate transaction isn’t always a short or simple process. Because it can take time and really test your patience, I want my clients comfortable and confident with me. My husband, Murray, and I have been married since 1989. We have three grown children and two delightful, young grandchildren and another on the way. Outside of our family, I love sports, reading, traveling and our two Labradoodles….who “rule the roost” when we are home!

As daughter of a former Wilmington mayor, Brenda Mitwol grew up in a family devoted to community service. She has seen her small southeastern North Carolina hometown grow into the vibrant city it is today. Her intimate knowledge of Wilmington, its history, culture, educational and recreational opportunities, is a major asset to those relocating from other areas.

As in any family business, the family does every job, from payroll and sales to staging and decorating. Brenda has become certified in two areas of real estate; Brenda has earned certificates as a Luxury Home Specialist and a Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Brenda is continuing the family tradition of community service.

In her free time, Brenda enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, walking the Loop, and spending time with family and friends.

A North Carolina native, Robin Ange grew up in Raleigh, NC. A graduate of NC Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Robin has developed strong communication and people skills which have prepared her well to serve as your real estate advisor and consultant.

As a frequent vacationer at Wrightsville Beach since his college days in the mid-70’s, Jim has developed a keen appreciation for this area and all it has to offer. After a 21 year career in the computer printer industry, Jim, along with wife Kathy and kids Brad and Kristen, moved from Charlotte to Wrightsville Beach on a permanent basis in 1997.

Jim got his real estate license and general contractor license in 1998 with the intention of “dabbling” in real estate. With guidance and encouragement from his friend and associate Wright Holman, Jim started Del Mar Corporation and began building homes at Wrightsville Beach. He was also the lead development partner in the SeaWatch community at Kure Beach where he was responsible for the overall concept, financial planning, architectural guidelines and marketing of the project.

Now focused on the high-end Wrightsville Beach market, Jim and his valuable team of associates build distinctive vacation homes which combine traditional coastal design, leisure-oriented floorplans and modern amenities.

A native of Salisbury, Jim graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1976 with a BS in Business Administration. He serves on the board of Junior Achievement of the Cape Fear Region, Custom Builders of North Carolina, Wachovia Bank of Wilmington, Greater Wilmington Chamber Foundation, and the Administrative Council of Wrightsville United Methodist Church. He has also served on the PTA Boards at Wrightsville Beach Elementary School and Noble Middle School, and is currently president of the Hoggard High Athletic Booster Club.
